Role Overview
Inside Sales Contractor position offering 100% commission-based compensation with unlimited earning potential. This is a remote role supporting inbound callers seeking credit improvement services.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate inbound callers on their credit standing through consultations
- Enroll qualified clients in appropriate credit improvement services
- Navigate digital tools (Slack, CRM software, Google Sheets) daily
- Build rapport and implement active listening skills with clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements
- 1+ year of sales experience
- Tech-savvy with ability to use digital tools and CRM software
- Strong internet connection and dedicated home office/quiet workspace
- Desktop or laptop with 8GB+ RAM (Chromebooks and iPads not suitable)
- Autonomous self-starter who works independently and efficiently
- Patient and professional demeanor, especially under pressure
- Financially motivated with strong rapport-building and listening skills

Training & Schedule
Training Period (Weeks 1-4):
- Mandatory 10 AM - 6 PM EST schedule
- Week 1: Commission-only
- Weeks 2-4: Guaranteed training stipend ($250, $325, $425 respectively) or commission, whichever is higher
Post-Training:
- Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Multiple shift options available (8 AM - 6 PM EST through 3 PM - 11 PM EST)
- Specific shift assigned based on company needs at time of hire
