Role Overview

Join our team as an Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer, responsible for designing and evolving our Cloud infrastructure, managing Cloud-native services, ensuring high availability and performance of virtualized environments, and overseeing corporate IT management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and evolve Cloud infrastructure using rigorous Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, ensuring modularity and maintainability
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of virtualized environments (VMware ESX, Windows Server)
• Leverage our Everping partner for user support (N1/N2) and daily fleet management (MDM, onboarding/offboarding)
• Build and operate monitoring suites (Prometheus, Grafana) and logging systems (Elasticsearch) for incident analysis
• Maintain historical infrastructure (VMware ESX, Windows Server, Citrix) and manage access security (VPN certificates, firewalls)

Required Skills

• Solid experience with Cloud Native ecosystems, preferably AWS
• Strong automation culture and mastery of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform); Ansible knowledge is a major asset
• SLI/SLO-oriented mindset to guarantee service quality
• Solid foundation in system and network administration
• Fluent English
• Proactive and resourceful approach to new challenges
• Operational rigor with strong commitment to procedures and documentation
• Strong team spirit and knowledge-sharing focus ("No SPOF" approach)
• Intellectual curiosity and interest in technology trends and continuous improvement
