Role Overview

Join the Cloud Services team as a DevOps/SRE Engineer in a permanent position based in Lyon (9th arrondissement) with full remote work flexibility (up to 3 days per week on-site).

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Reliability: Ensure platform availability and performance by analyzing problems and implementing solutions
• Infrastructure Evolution: Develop the platform to meet client needs and integrate new services with recommendations for sustainability and maintainability
• Team Support: Assist application teams with integration and operational tasks
• Process Optimization: Improve operations workflows and methodologies
• Cloud Architecture: Contribute to cloud architecture design considering scalability, performance, security, and cost constraints
• Technology Watch: Proactively monitor Cloud Computing innovations and recommend continuous improvements
• Coordination (optional): Help facilitate alignment between DevOps teams and other stakeholders

Technical Environment

CI/CD: GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Jenkins (legacy), Tekton (migration in progress)

Orchestration & Infrastructure as Code: Ansible, Terraform

Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK

Infrastructure: Kubernetes/OpenShift, Proxmox/Ganeti (QEMU/KVM legacy), Ceph, MySQL/MongoDB, firewalls (SNS, Netfilter/iptables), IPSec interconnections, Load Balancers (HAProxy/Nginx), DNS

Security: PKI, Vault, LDAP/RBAC

Languages: Bash, Python, YAML/JSON, PowerShell

Required Profile

• Proactive and motivated engineer who delivers value to the team
• Ability to handle daily operations and project-oriented work
• Strong opinions on technical architecture, maintainability, and scalability with the ability to defend recommendations
• Experience with cross-team communication and collaboration
• Optional: Interest in team coordination and leadership
