Role Overview

Join Boond as a Full-Stack PHP/JS Developer in a 100% remote role. You'll work in an autonomous, pragmatic team with direct impact on the product, participating in all phases from discovery to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Discovery and Shaping phases to structure new features before development
• Develop features, optimize cache performance, and refactor code
• Contribute to test stabilization and quality assurance
• Collaborate across squads to build KPIs and make data accessible across modules
• Solve complex technical problems related to memory management, SQL optimization, and frontend performance

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 7 years developing complex web applications (confirmed mid-level or senior)
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in PHP and JavaScript for production environments with large data volumes and user bases
• Problem-Solving: Experience debugging memory issues, optimizing database queries, and resolving frontend performance issues (websockets, freezing, etc.)
• Soft Skills: Autonomous, pragmatic, and rigorous approach to coding; ability to challenge specifications and anticipate side effects; strong communication skills; proactive escalation of blockers
• Nice-to-Have: Previous experience with complex business tools (ERP, HRMS, CRM, HR/project management tools) or consulting background in system integration
