Head of Product

Role Overview

As Head of Product, you will lead the product strategy, roadmap, and impact at Wanteeed. You will work closely with founders and lead a product team, driving both strategic initiatives and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structuring projects from discovery to delivery, owning results end-to-end
• Conduct user research, gather field feedback, and set priorities
• Drive product rituals and ceremonies; bridge founder vision with team execution
• Define validation processes, solution design methodologies, and launch/iteration frameworks
• Lead by example in embodying the product philosophy
• Drive cross-functional projects without direct hierarchical authority

Required Profile

Builder Mentality:

• Hands-on experience building features independently, not just coordinating teams
• Ability to prototype, test, and iterate autonomously
• View AI tools as production accelerators and paradigm shifters, not just monitoring tools

Results-Oriented:

• Think in business impact (conversion, retention, revenue) before features
• Know when to stop projects that don't validate hypotheses
• Every decision tied to measurable outcomes

Speed & Agility:

• Deliver concrete results weekly
• Resist multi-month/week planning without intermediate delivery
• Lean Startup methodology as daily practice

B2C Digital Experience:

• Proven track record on products for end-users (e-commerce, gaming, fintech, consumer apps)
• Deep understanding of usage dynamics and monetization models

Strategic Autonomy:

• Holds peer-level conversations with founders; challenges, proposes, defends positions
• Takes ownership and sees projects through without waiting for directives
• Acts as an intrapreneur: initiative, decision-making, execution

Leadership & Empathy:

• Influences cross-functional teams through competence, rigor, and example
• Strong user empathy; anticipates feature adoption before launch
