About the role
Role Overview
Join MeilleureCopro as Head of Acquisition (Responsable de l'Acquisition) to define and implement the company's B2B and B2C acquisition strategy in a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement multi-channel, multi-target B2B and B2C acquisition strategy aligned with company objectives
- Optimize acquisition channels including SEA (paid search), SEO, and social media to maximize performance
- Configure and manage CRM systems and implement automations to improve acquisition efficiency
- Drive data-informed growth hacking decisions through deep analysis and understanding of data
- Operationalize and continuously optimize acquisition campaigns
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven expertise in B2C and B2B customer acquisition
- Strong data analysis capabilities to guide acquisition decisions
- CRM configuration experience (HubSpot or similar platforms) with knowledge of best practices
- Operational rigor in managing and optimizing acquisition campaigns
- Proficiency with AI tools and modern acquisition methodologies
- Experience with SEA, SEO, and social media optimization
- Prior agency experience is a strong advantage
