Position Overview

Full-Stack Software Developer role ideal for developers who enjoy building end-to-end solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging modern engineering practices including responsible use of AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement back-end services and RESTful APIs
Model, maintain, and optimize relational databases using SQL
Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly front-end features with focus on performance and usability
Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and secure development practices
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while contributing to continuous improvement efforts
Collaborate with product owners, analysts, testers, and stakeholders to refine requirements
Utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) responsibly to support coding, testing, and documentation

Required Qualifications

2+ years of professional software development experience using Agile methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
Hands-on experience with SQL, including schema design and query optimization
Experience working across both front-end and back-end components of applications

Preferred Qualifications

DevOps tools and workflows (GitHub, CI/CD pipelines)
Adobe ColdFusion (CFML)
Vue.js development
PL/SQL or Oracle database programming
Cloud platforms (AWS)
Automated testing, monitoring, and performance tuning
Interest in adopting AI tools in development workflows
