Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

Intrinsic is seeking a skilled and self-motivated Full Stack Software Developer to join a highly talented scrum team. You will work on building modern web applications, microservice architectures, and containerized platforms while working closely with capable end users and software engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop code using JavaScript and TypeScript
• Lead object relational mapping (ORM) programming techniques to convert data between systems
• Containerize software using Docker and Kubernetes
• Participate in team agile ceremonies and sprints
• Ship applications and products using cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and progressive web applications
• Build and deploy microservice architectures to US government cloud infrastructure
• Work closely with Product Director, CTO, and Scrum Master to ensure timely delivery and exceed client expectations
• Design and push new products to emerging markets
• Maintain team cohesiveness through leadership by example
• Rapidly grow your skills with the latest technology

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar engineering field
• 2+ years of relevant experience on a diverse software development team
• Experience building and deploying code
• Knowledge of web application and microservice architectures
• Software development experience with one or more: JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Python, or Go
• 1+ years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization strategies
• 1+ years of experience with ORM programming techniques
• Experience with Git in a team environment
• Experience with web application development, DevSecOps, distributed/parallel systems, information retrieval, or secure software development
• US Citizenship required

• Agile scrum certifications
• Experience building and shipping products
• 1+ years of backend application development experience
• 1+ years of web application, API-driven, service-oriented architecture experience
• 1+ years of C++ development experience
• 1+ years of cloud microservices architecture development (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, EC2, Cognito, Google Firebase, Google Cloud Functions, Azure DocumentDB, Azure Functions, Auth0)
• Experience with Agile, Lean, Continuous Delivery, or Extreme Programming (XP)
• Interest and ability to learn new technologies as needed
