About the role

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Full Stack Developers to join a product-focused engineering team building modern, scalable web platforms. You will work across backend APIs, frontend applications, and cloud-native infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop backend services using Python & Django
Build modern, responsive frontend applications using Next.js (React)
Work with containerized applications and deploy to Kubernetes environments
Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver features end-to-end
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience with Python & Django
Solid experience with Next.js / React
Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes
Experience working with REST APIs
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Good communication skills and ability to work in a remote team

Nice to Have

Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases
Exposure to microservices architecture
Experience working in startup or product environments
