About the role
Role Overview
As a Frontend Web Developer, you will train and evaluate AI models by giving AI chatbots coding challenges, measuring their progress, and assessing the quality of their outputs.
Responsibilities
- Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
- Solve coding problems (similar to LeetCode, HackerRank)
- Explain how your solutions solve problems
Requirements
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
- Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures
- Experience with debugging workflows
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Located in the United States

- Bachelor's degree (current, in progress, or completed)
Work Arrangement
