Role Overview

Join Lemon Learning as a Freelance Instructional Designer to design high-quality learning experiences for enterprise SaaS clients. You will work remotely with the Pedagogical Engineering and Project teams, collaborating in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Pedagogical Engineering and Project teams to design learning experiences for enterprise clients
• Analyze client documentation, workflows, and business processes to define clear pedagogical structures
• Transform complex software processes into intuitive, user-focused learning experiences
• Write clear, concise instructional content in native-level English with consistency and pedagogical quality

Required Qualifications

• Native English speaker (mandatory)
• Proven experience in Instructional Design, Learning Design, Technical Writing, or Content Design
• Experience working with SaaS products or enterprise software environments
• Strong structured writing and simplification skills
• Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams

Nice-to-Have

• Digital Adoption or software training experience
• UX writing or content design background
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or HRIS tools

Development skills are not required — pedagogical clarity and user empathy are the priority.
