Role Overview

Join Lemon Learning as a Freelance Instructional Designer serving APAC-based clients. You will contribute to the full learning content production cycle, working closely with Pedagogical Engineering and Project teams to create impactful user learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client documentation and business processes to identify user learning needs and propose pedagogical structures
• Write structured, user-focused learning content, adapting tone and complexity for diverse user audiences
• Participate in client and prospect calls to understand business requirements and deliver pedagogical recommendations
• Collaborate with European project teams on international enterprise SaaS projects

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning Designer, Technical Writer, or Content Designer
• Excellent written English (mandatory)
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics
• Strong structured writing skills
• High attention to detail
• Autonomous and detail-oriented professional mindset

Preferred Experience

• Background in SaaS, digital learning, software training, or change management
• Freelance or remote collaboration experience
• UX writing or content design background
• Familiarity with enterprise software (CRM, ERP, HRIS)
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge

Work Arrangement

• Fully remote (APAC-based)
• Flexible workload depending on availability
• Overlapping hours required for European team collaboration
• Start: ASAP
