Role Overview

Join our team as a Cloud Expert. You will be responsible for designing and architecting Cloud environments, administering and managing Cloud services, operations, security and compliance, support and user enablement, and innovation monitoring. You will serve as the primary contact with Cloud vendors and integrators, and contribute to the migration trajectory toward cloud infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Architecture & Migration: Define and implement technical architecture for Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and M365; lead migration and transformation projects to the Cloud
• Cloud Service Management: Configure, supervise and administer primary Cloud services; monitor and optimize Cloud resource consumption (FinOps)
• Infrastructure & Automation: Deploy and configure Cloud resources (VMs, containers, databases, networks); automate deployments and operations using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, scripts)
• Operational Excellence: Ensure proactive and secure management of Cloud platforms, particularly Azure and Microsoft 365
• Stakeholder Engagement: Support users, align solutions with business objectives, and serve as operational pivot between internal teams and external vendors

Profile Requirements

• Advanced technical expertise in Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, M365)
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• FinOps and cloud cost optimization experience
• Rigorous, pedagogical, and adaptable approach
• Ability to work across technical strategy, user support, and continuous innovation
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management
