Enterprise Product Manager
Role Overview
Lead product strategy and execution for Jump's largest enterprise customers—major broker-dealers, financial institutions, and wirehouses. Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and customer teams to ensure Jump is enterprise-ready and enterprise-loved while maintaining speed, simplicity, and elegance.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Strategy: Deeply understand workflows, compliance structures, and integration needs of enterprise financial firms
- Feature Prioritization: Define and prioritize enterprise features that strengthen Jump's positioning and drive adoption across large organizations
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with sales, implementation, and customer success teams to translate enterprise feedback into clear, prioritized product requirements
- Integration Management: Manage enterprise integrations (CRM, planning, compliance, data systems) to ensure secure, scalable performance
- Execution: Drive execution from pilot to rollout—balancing speed with enterprise-grade reliability and predictability
- Team Development: Help build Jump into a career-making, exceptional place to work
What We're Looking For
- World-class product manager with enterprise SaaS experience in fast-moving environments
- Ability to turn ambiguous customer needs into elegant, scalable solutions
- Deep understanding of how large financial institutions operate
- Comfort discussing APIs, data flows, and user workflows across large user bases
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to navigate IT, compliance, and business leadership needs simultaneously
- Track record of 5–10 years in product management or adjacent roles
- Experience successfully launching and scaling enterprise products, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or workflow automation
- Experience managing integrations and compliance-heavy requirements
- Partnership with go-to-market teams on large enterprise deals
- Takes 100% responsibility and maintains strong manager relationships
- Energized by building structure at early-stage tech companies
Compensation & Location
- Salary: $160,000–$220,000
- Location: Draper, UT or Remote (Anywhere in the World)
- Reports to: Tim Chaves
