Role Overview

Engineering Manager for ERP & Finance Systems at Ledgebrook. You'll own the architecture and evolution of the financial platform and integrations, sitting at the intersection of Engineering, Finance, and Accounting. Lead a growing finance systems engineering team while designing systems that power billing, premium & claims accounting, and reinsurance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Own architecture for Workday Financials and finance system integrations
Design systems supporting billing, premium-to-cash, claims, commissions, and reinsurance
Drive integration design across underwriting, claims, actuarial, and data platforms
Automate finance workflows and reporting pipelines
Lead and grow a finance systems engineering team
Build scalable data flows and system integrations

Requirements

7+ years building ERP / finance systems
Hands-on coding experience in Python
Hands-on experience with Workday Financials (integrations, reporting, architecture)
Proven track record building scalable data flows and system integrations (EIB, APIs, etc.)
Understanding of core finance workflows (GL, billing, reconciliation, reporting)
Ability to thrive in high-ownership, fast-scaling environments
Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
