• Oversee delivery, performance, and people management for two high-impact squads
• Architect and lead development of AI-native sourcing solutions to address traditional staffing challenges
• Translate C-level ambitions into a high-velocity technical roadmap
• Ensure delivery of high-quality AI features while maintaining long-term architectural health
• Directly lead and mentor developers, fostering a culture of autonomy and coaching them into Product Engineers
• Build and nurture a collaborative, high-performing engineering environment
