Email Marketing Implementor / Developer

Role Overview

This is a pure execution role focused on building and maintaining email marketing programs in Klaviyo for a portfolio of ecommerce clients. You'll be responsible for the technical implementation and ongoing management of email flows and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain email flows including Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, and Win-Back campaigns
• Implement email designs from Figma into Klaviyo accurately and on schedule
• Create and manage signup forms including pop-ups, embedded forms, and landing page integrations
• Build and maintain audience segments based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement
• Set up and schedule one-time campaigns across multiple client accounts
• Pull performance reports and identify drop-off points or technical issues
• QA all emails across devices and email clients before deployment
• Manage Shopify-Klaviyo integrations including app configuration and event tracking

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience building flows, campaigns, and segments
• Experience implementing email designs from Figma into Klaviyo
• Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo integration setup
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Comfortable working async in a remote-first environment
• Strong written English for internal communication and documentation
• Experience with signup form setup and list management
• Ability to pull and interpret Klaviyo analytics
