Role Overview
The Director of Enterprise Architecture will lead a pivotal technology transformation initiative, shaping enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring cohesive design across business systems, and leveraging AI to automate processes and drive business efficiency. This is a strategic leadership position reporting to the Sr. Director of Enterprise Architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & People Management
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of enterprise and domain architects
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation
- Provide architectural governance, frameworks, and thought leadership across initiatives
- Mentor architects to become trusted advisors to business leaders
- Promote professional growth and development within the team
Enterprise Architecture & Strategy
- Define and maintain the company's Enterprise Architecture roadmap aligned with business strategy and transformation goals
- Establish architecture principles, standards, and guardrails for consistency across platforms and domains
- Partner with business and IT leaders to shape long-term technology strategies and investment decisions
- Translate complex technical strategies into clear business value propositions for executive audiences
AI-Driven Process Automation
- Champion the use of AI, machine learning, and generative AI to streamline operations and enhance decision-making
- Collaborate with business process owners to identify high-value automation opportunities
- Reduce manual workloads and accelerate business efficiency through smart automation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the connective tissue between architecture, delivery teams, and business stakeholders
- Oversee architects spanning critical domains: CRM, ERP, Telecom Call Platform, Technology Infrastructure, and Data & AI
- Ensure cohesive design, scalability, and business value realization
