About the role

Role Overview

You will be responsible for the infrastructure of their products used to streamline the diagnosis of several thousand patients daily across four continents. You'll deepen technical expertise in high availability, performance monitoring, improvements, and security.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain SaaS platform infrastructure
Ensure high availability and performance monitoring
Drive infrastructure improvements and security enhancements
Support global deployment across multiple continents

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and managing SaaS platforms
Knowledge of modern web platform architectures
Experience with at least two of the following: Python, Ruby (Rails), monitoring and logging systems (e.g., Datadog), Kubernetes, relational databases, cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Fluent in spoken and written English
At least basic French language skills
Autonomous, engaged, enthusiastic with a "can-do" mindset, creative and challenging spirit

Nice-to-Haves

Prior startup experience
Previous experience and/or strong interest in healthcare product development
