DevOps Engineer - Open Application

Overview

Join Truelogic's dynamic team as a DevOps Engineer working on transformative projects with industry-leading U.S. companies. This is a fully remote position offering the autonomy to manage your work while contributing to large-scale infrastructure initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible
Build and manage containerization and orchestration solutions with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions
Develop automation scripts and tools using Bash, Python, or Go
Mentor other engineers and lead technical initiatives for large-scale infrastructure projects
Make architectural decisions that support organizational growth and scalability

Required Experience

5+ years of professional software development and DevOps experience
Proven expertise with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Strong scripting and automation skills
Demonstrated ability to design and lead infrastructure projects
Leadership experience mentoring engineers and driving technical initiatives

Nice-to-Have Skills

Production monitoring and management (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
Cloud infrastructure security (IAM, security groups, network policies)
Cost optimization and resource management in cloud environments
Logging and observability tools (ELK stack, Splunk)
High availability, scalability, and disaster recovery design
Open-source contributions or technical writing
