About the role
Role Overview
Join Arkhn as a DevOps / System Admin Engineer providing Level 1/2 support to hospital teams. You'll handle daily support requests, troubleshoot incidents, and help build a scalable support process for a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, qualify, and resolve user support requests (IT departments, data teams, healthcare professionals)
- Independently diagnose issues, resolve common and specific incidents, and escalate appropriately to internal teams
- Create and maintain documentation (FAQs, procedures, service levels)
- Structure and develop support processes in a growing environment
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in application support, IT support, or DevOps roles
- IT certification (Technician or Engineer level)
- Fluent French (written and spoken)
- Fluent English
- Experience with Linux and Kubernetes in production environments
- Basic networking skills
- Experience with ETL/ELT architectures in production
- Relational database experience
- Comfort with SaaS/cloud and on-premise solutions
- Experience with one or more cloud providers
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Healthcare industry experience
- DBT, Airbyte, Dagster, ClickHouse
- Kafka, Java
Soft Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and teaching abilities
- Quick incident diagnosis capability
- Strong documentation discipline and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to structure processes in a growing environment
