Role Overview
As an Implementation Manager, you will play a crucial role in the deployment of Resilience's software within healthcare facilities, working closely with Account Managers and medical staff to ensure successful adoption and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end deployment process from initiation to complete clinical adoption
- Manage technical deployment and human change management across healthcare organizations
- Train medical personnel and advise on best practices for patient follow-up and care pathways
- Navigate technical integration and billing system configuration with technical teams
- Ensure smooth implementation experience for hospital clients
- Work with Account Managers to drive operational excellence
Requirements
- Strong background and experience in the healthcare industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel 60-70% of the time
- Ability to manage technical integration and change management
- Experience working with medical staff and healthcare organizations
