About the role
Role Overview
Join Kobie's Decision Science team as a client-facing analyst responsible for delivering data-driven, actionable customer insights that directly contribute to increased sales and profit through loyalty programs. You'll partner with Strategy and Client Services teams to shape clients' strategic direction for their loyalty initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze clients' loyalty data to uncover actionable insights that drive enterprise value and inform strategic decisions
- Build and maintain audience lists to support CRM teams in executing targeted campaigns and achieving engagement goals
- Develop data visualizations and narratives that make complex analysis accessible to stakeholders at all levels
- Provide recommendations based on deep understanding of client strategy, success criteria, and program objectives
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams to design new tools, models, and data sources
- Create learning agendas and test plans focused on attribution and maximizing KPIs like incremental ROI and LTV
- Manage workflow, scope, and prioritization of client requests
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of customer analytics and/or marketing/CRM experience
- Strong data storytelling ability; able to influence senior stakeholders with insights and recommendations
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Sigma, or similar)
- Demonstrated success with customer segmentation techniques (RFM, cluster analysis, regression modeling)
- Solid project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or Computer Science
- Python and/or SQL programming experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or MBA
- Proficiency in marketing and loyalty principles
