About the role

Role Overview

Join a fast-growing scale-up as a Data Engineer responsible for the robustness of our data platform. You will design and optimize complex ETL/ELT pipelines, collaborate with Data Scientists to productionize AI scores, and structure the Data Warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

Design and optimize complex ETL/ELT pipelines to synchronize data
Collaborate with Data Scientists to put AI scores into production and integrate outputs
Structure the Data Warehouse to provide a 360° view with absolute reliability requirements
Establish best practices and support the upskilling of business "Data Champions"

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of Data Engineering experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment
Expert-level SQL knowledge
Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting
Business-oriented mindset: understand that pipelines are a means to an end (impact on MRR, sales efficiency)
Vision to evolve toward a technical lead role with strategic input on stack evolution
