About the role
Role Overview
Join INCO Academy as a French-speaking Data Analytics Facilitator to guide learners through the Google Data Analytics Certificate program in a flexible, remote position (~13 hours/week).
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver onboarding sessions for new cohorts and weekly live sessions based on course curriculum
- Support learners through Slack communication, answering questions, and providing 1:1 mentoring sessions
- Collaborate with the INCO Academy team and participate in regular team meetings to enhance the program
- Facilitate virtual sessions and ensure learner engagement
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in French with ability to facilitate sessions in French
- Good proficiency in English for collaboration with international team
- Knowledge or experience in data analytics, including tools such as spreadsheets, SQL, Tableau, Python, and basic data cleaning/analysis concepts
- Experience in training, facilitation, mentoring, or coaching, ideally in online environments
- Comfort with virtual collaboration tools: Slack, video conferencing platforms, Google Workspace
- Interest in supporting learners who may face barriers to employment

- Background in online education delivery
- Experience with diverse learner populations
