As a Customer Success Manager (SMB), you will manage a portfolio of over 150 SMB e-commerce clients across Europe, driving product adoption, client satisfaction, and identifying upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with 150+ SMB e-commerce clients in Europe, ensuring strong client retention

  • Identify and drive upsell opportunities within the client portfolio

Requirements

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
