Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager (SMB), you will manage a portfolio of over 150 SMB e-commerce clients across Europe, driving product adoption, client satisfaction, and identifying upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with 150+ SMB e-commerce clients in Europe, ensuring strong client retention
- Design and execute personalized success plans aligned with each client's objectives to foster product adoption and engagement
- Develop and implement scalable, automated approaches to optimize key customer journey touchpoints with a low-touch model
- Identify and drive upsell opportunities within the client portfolio
Requirements
- Experience managing SMB or mid-market client portfolios
- Track record in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles
- Ability to design and execute strategic customer engagement plans
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
