Key Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing continuous support and guidance to help them develop remote patient monitoring programs
- Monitor key customer success metrics including Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer adoption trends
- Focus on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and reducing churn rates
- Provide technical support and collaborate with sales and product teams
- Lead customer-specific projects
Requirements
- Customer success or customer management experience
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Understanding of healthcare/MedTech environments (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and customer accounts simultaneously
