  • Focus on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and reducing churn rates
  • Provide technical support and collaborate with sales and product teams
  • Lead customer-specific projects

Requirements

  • Customer success or customer management experience
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Understanding of healthcare/MedTech environments (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and customer accounts simultaneously
