Role Overview
Own customer retention by building systems, automations, and relationships to ensure customers remain engaged with the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Call un-subscribed customers to collect feedback and conduct winback processes
- Call customers with low quality ratings in real-time to proactively prevent churn
- Consult customers on how to prevent quality issues and share upcoming product updates
- Proactively call existing users to collect feedback and mitigate churn risks
- Ensure 100% of tickets from un-subscribed customers and low quality ratings are called through daily
- Develop ideas and systematic, data-driven approaches for churn prevention
Requirements
- Background working with real estate photographers or editing companies
- Understanding of HDR or flambient real estate photo workflows
- Perfect English fluency with no accent
- Full-time availability during US business hours
