About the role
Role Overview
Join Yield Advisory as a Lead Developer specializing in JavaScript (React and Node.js). As a technical expert, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and continuously improving products for our clients. You'll work closely with client technical teams, contribute to technical architecture decisions, ensure high code quality standards, and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor client technical teams in product design, development, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to technical architecture decisions and ensure high code quality through best practices
- Document technical decisions, share best practices, and improve development processes and tools
- Own the full product development lifecycle with autonomy
- Integrate designs and demonstrate UX/UI sensibility
- Collaborate closely with clients and act as a technical leader
Required Skills
- 8+ years of significant professional experience
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead
- Strong frontend expertise with React and its ecosystem
- Strong backend expertise with Node.js and its ecosystem
- Ability to create and consume APIs (REST, GraphQL)
- Design integration and UX/UI capabilities
- Proficiency with DevOps topics (CI/CD, Docker)
- Comfort with full-stack development
