Role Overview

Join N2JSoft as Channel Manager for Italy, responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and growing a high-performing network of partners. This hybrid role focuses on pipeline creation and revenue generation through a partner-led go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Recruit and onboard high-performing partners including travel agencies, ERP integrators, accounting firms, VARs, and IT service providers
  • Partner Growth: Develop and expand a strong network of channel partners across Italy
  • Strategy Execution: Execute N2F's partner strategy in Italy with strong and consistent adoption of the partner model in the region
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and cross-functional teams to build a partner-led go-to-market engine
  • Pipeline & Revenue: Drive pipeline creation and revenue generation through channel partnerships

Report to the Head of Channel & Partnerships
