Role Overview
Join Reverse Contact as a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive revenue growth by converting prospects into qualified opportunities. You'll work across inbound, self-serve, and outbound pipelines in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound demand and active prospects into qualified revenue opportunities with speed and clarity
- Run fast discovery calls to confirm ICP fit, use case, buying intent, urgency, and next steps
- Work across multiple pipeline sources: inbound, self-serve, and outbound
- Engage prospects via phone and asynchronous communication
- Build and maintain a structured, organized CRM approach
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs) and leadership
Requirements
- Enjoy talking to prospects and understanding real business problems
- Comfortable selling via phone and async workflows
- Ability to qualify prospects quickly and disqualify even faster
- Strong organizational skills and CRM discipline
- Resilient mindset—doesn't take rejection personally
- Ability to move fast and learn by doing
- Willingness to learn technical products (data, APIs, B2B SaaS)
