Role Overview
Join DataAnnotation as a Back End Developer to train and evaluate AI models. You will create coding challenges for AI chatbots, assess their outputs, and help improve model quality through systematic evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
- Measure progress of AI chatbots and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
- Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
- Ability to solve coding problems (LeetCode/HackerRank style) and explain your solutions
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused
- Located in the United States
