About the role

Role Overview

Join our team to train and evaluate AI models by measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to improve model quality.

Responsibilities

Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
Solve coding problems and explain how solutions address the problem

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one programming language: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
Detail-oriented mindset
Located in the United States

Nice-to-Haves

Current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor's degree
