About the role

Role Overview

Join our team to train and evaluate AI models by assessing AI chatbot responses, measuring their progress, and identifying areas for improvement.

Responsibilities

Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
Explain how solutions solve coding problems
Assess AI logic and solve problems to improve model quality

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
Detail-oriented mindset
Ability to solve coding problems similar to LeetCode/HackerRank

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (current, in progress, or completed)

Work Arrangement

Full-time or part-time remote position
