About the role

Role Overview

Join our team to train and evaluate AI models by testing AI chatbots with coding challenges and assessing their logic and output quality.

Responsibilities

Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
Explain how solutions solve specific coding problems

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one programming language: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
Detail-oriented with strong attention to quality
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows

Nice-to-Haves

Bachelor's degree (current, in progress, or completed preferred but not required)

Full-time or part-time remote position
