About the role
Role Overview
Join our team as a Back End Developer to train and evaluate AI models. You'll measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve model quality.
Responsibilities
- Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
- Explain how your solutions solve coding problems
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
- Strong experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
- Detail-oriented approach to work
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Located in the United States
Nice-to-Haves
- Bachelor's degree (current, in progress, or completed)
Work Arrangement
- Full-time or part-time remote position
