About the role

Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation as a Back End Developer to train and evaluate AI models. You will measure progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve model quality.

Responsibilities

Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
Solve coding problems (similar to LeetCode, HackerRank) and explain how solutions work

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one programming language: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
Detail-oriented with attention to quality
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Located in the United States

Nice-to-Haves

Bachelor's degree (current, in progress, or completed preferred but not required)
