About the role

Role Overview

Join our team to train and evaluate AI models by testing chatbots and assessing their performance on coding challenges. You'll measure progress, evaluate logic, and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities

Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
Explain how solutions solve given problems

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one programming language: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
Strong background with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
Detail-oriented mindset
Located in the United States

Nice-to-Haves

Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed, but not required)
