Role Overview
Join as a Back End Developer to train and evaluate AI models by testing AI chatbots, measuring their progress, and solving problems to improve model quality.
Responsibilities
- Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
- Explain how your solutions solve coding problems
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
- Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
- Located in the United States
Nice-to-Haves
- Bachelor's degree (current, in progress, or completed)
- Experience with coding challenge platforms (LeetCode, HackerRank style problems)
Work Arrangement
