About the role
Role Overview
Join DataAnnotation as a Back End Developer to train and evaluate AI models. You'll assess AI chatbot performance on coding challenges, evaluate solution quality, and provide feedback to improve model outputs.
Responsibilities
- Provide AI chatbots with coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
- Assess the quality of AI model solutions for correctness and performance
- Explain how solutions solve specific problems
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Based in the United States
Nice-to-Haves
- Bachelor's degree (current, in progress, or completed)
