Azure DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

As a DevOps Engineer at Digital Forms, you'll work at the heart of digital transformation projects, designing robust infrastructure, shaping CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring smooth delivery of products for international clients. This role blends technical depth with a consulting approach, requiring you to collaborate directly with clients, understand their operational challenges, and translate them into practical, secure, and maintainable DevOps solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate Architect's finalized designs for Enterprise-Scale Platforms into production-ready Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Build and operate cloud foundations behind modern digital products
• Design reliable infrastructure, fast CI/CD pipelines, and scalable automation
• Design Azure architectures meeting 99.99% uptime SLA with multi-region setups, redundancy, and failover strategies
• Configure and operate daily immutable backups in Azure with restore testing and disaster recovery readiness
• Build configuration-driven solutions (feature flags, configuration services) to enable updates without redeployments
• Set up monitoring and observability stacks
• Diagnose and resolve performance, reliability, and deployment issues in production
• Produce complete technical documentation (architecture diagrams, service configurations, code flows)

Required Skills

Infrastructure & Cloud:

• Strong experience with Azure and Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)
• Experience with Azure Entra External ID
• Infrastructure-as-code proficiency (Terraform or equivalent)
• Azure Front Door and Web Application Firewall (WAF) configuration
• Hands-on networking, security best practices, and scalable distributed systems

CI/CD & Deployment:

• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar)
• Containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Monitoring and observability (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics)

Consulting & Soft Skills:

• Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable with international clients
• Consulting mindset with ability to understand business context
• Clear communicator who can explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects
• Calm under pressure with structured incident analysis approach
• Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles
