Audio AI Trainer

Role Overview

Join Anuttacon's data team as an Audio AI Trainer to improve the accuracy and performance of multimodal AI models. This role involves direct participation in enhancing dialogue, character interactions, and overall player experience through data annotation and model evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Annotate text transcripts based on audio content to support game design elements (dialogues, quests, character interactions, scenes)
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in data across various dimensions to optimize player gaming experience
• Recognize and interpret nuanced emotional tones and inflections in speech
• Annotate and tag model responses against evaluation rubrics to improve dialogue and user interactions
• Collaborate with team leads to develop automatic speech recognition models

Requirements

• Native or highly fluent in conversational English with ability to accurately transcribe diverse accents and colloquialisms
• Passion for gaming, particularly narrative-driven games
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Ability to work in a flexible, dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Complex guideline comprehension and consistent application with confidence
• Strong communication skills with ability to give and receive feedback professionally
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Professional objectivity when reviewing sensitive or challenging content

Nice-to-Haves

• Degree/experience in media, film, video, audio, narrative design, creative writing, copywriting, communications, or English/editing
• Background in performing arts, voice work, or expressive presentation
• Knowledge of psychology, philosophy, or human behavior
• Experience with AI/ML concepts or data analysis

Work Arrangement

• Minimum 20 flexible hours per week
• Opportunity to work 40+ hours based on availability
• Worldwide remote position
