About the role
Role Overview
Associate Product Manager reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, responsible for building innovative AI products from 0→1 in a fast-paced startup environment. This role blends product leadership, operational execution, and strategic support for the founding team, emphasizing rapid iteration and scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape product roadmaps and user stories, prioritizing features for seamless user experiences and market validation
- Partner with engineering, design, and other PMs in fast sprints to prototype, test, and deploy capabilities
- Produce screencasts and product videos showcasing new feature functionality to drive adoption
- Own product marketing facets including messaging, demos, and materials communicating product value
- Collect user feedback, conduct market research, and analyze metrics to refine product backlogs and boost retention
- Build onboarding guides, training resources, and playbooks for product usage, operations, and recruitment
- Shadow customer interactions, synthesize insights, and align with C-level leadership on priorities and dashboards
Required Profile
- Analytical builder who identifies data patterns and translates them into product decisions and playbooks
- Entrepreneurial operator comfortable thriving in ambiguity, prototyping like a founder while coordinating cross-functionally
- Hands-on creator skilled in video tools, design (Canva), SQL analytics, and productivity stacks (Asana, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot)
- Ability to create prototype code for engineers and designers to understand
- Strong ownership mindset with clear communication for stakeholder syncs, executive updates, and client-facing content
Preferred Experience
- Startup or consulting background in product/operations
- Familiarity with 0→1 product launches
- Proven playbook-building for onboarding, recruitment, or growth systems
- UI/UX, AI, or software engineering experience (nice-to-have)
