About the role

Role Overview

Join Season as a Technical Architect for Salesforce or Lead Developer. You will be responsible for designing and modeling Salesforce technical architecture, governance, expertise, and innovation while supporting team development.

Key Responsibilities

Design and model Salesforce technical architecture and its integrations
Evaluate the impact of technological choices
Define technical standards (security, code quality, GDPR) and ensure team compliance
Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for Product Owners
Mentor and support developers in implementation

Requirements

7+ years of experience as a Lead Developer or Salesforce Architect (senior profile)
Strong mastery of Scrum concepts and practices with proven experience facilitating Agile teams
Dynamic, proactive, and autonomous mindset with strong organizational skills
Minimum B2 level English (written and spoken)
Self-driven, curious, and collaborative team player

Nice-to-Haves

Knowledge of higher education sector
Experience with Salesforce Education Cloud
