About the role

Role Overview

Join ISAGRI as a Technical & Software Architect responsible for the vision and consistency of technical and software architectures across the organization. You will collaborate closely with development teams to ensure quality, maintainability, and performance of solutions, while driving DevOps and Cloud practices adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Co-design technical and software architectures with stakeholders and define non-functional requirements
Supervise and improve CI/CD pipelines and environments; contribute to deployment automation
Ensure performance, security, and robustness in designs and development; participate in code reviews
Evaluate and design complex, scalable architectures
Define and implement CI/CD pipelines integrated with Azure services
Analyze and resolve complex technical problems (advanced troubleshooting)
Lead cross-functional, multi-team initiatives
Coach teams on Cloud/DevOps practices through workshops, training, and mentoring
Optimize Cloud resource usage (costs, resilience, scalability)
Communicate technical concepts appropriately to different stakeholders

Required Skills

Deep knowledge of software and technical architectures (application, systems, cloud, security, performance)
Mastery of design tools and methodologies (UML, modeling, object-oriented design)
Strong expertise in .NET Core (C#, Entity Framework, dependency injection) and Microsoft ecosystem
Solid knowledge of Cloud technologies and services (Azure)
Understanding of DevOps and Agile/Lean/SAFe practices
Mastery of Cloud-native principles (microservices, containers, serverless, observability)
Knowledge of Cloud governance models (FinOps, SecOps)
