Applied ML/AI Engineer - Monitoring

Role Overview

Join Sifflet as an Applied ML/AI Engineer on the monitoring team. This role combines machine learning development with significant software engineering responsibilities, offering the opportunity to work remotely or in the Paris office.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, deploy, and maintain automated data profiling systems that learn normal data patterns and detect anomalies
• Deploy time series forecasting models that understand data seasonality and business cycles
• Create intelligent alerting systems
• Implement generative AI workflows
• Contribute to product decisions and identify opportunities where ML/AI-based features can solve customer pain points
• Own projects from design through production deployment

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an ML engineer role or equivalent
• Hands-on production experience with machine learning models
• General knowledge of the modern data stack ecosystem (especially data warehouses and databases)
• Experience with Python ML ecosystem
• Strong ownership mindset and initiative-taking ability
• Required: Some level of fluency in French (engineering team communicates in French; all written communication is in English)
