About the role

Role Overview

The Application Developer assists in the deployment, initial configuration, and support of EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) applications throughout the design, development, testing, training, operational readiness, and disaster recovery phases of MMS delivery projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in initial server deployment, integration configuration, and support of EDMS tools: Cincom Eloquence, Process Manager workflow, IBM FileNet P8, and Rocket Cypress
Design, develop, and implement configuration changes and custom programming for Cypress
Deploy and validate updated configurations across environments
Troubleshoot issues with EDMS tools and integrations
Identify and apply process improvements to facilitate deployments, testing, efficiency, and performance
Create automated notifications for server/system reviews
Respond to on-call situations on a rotating basis

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in application development, server/hardware configuration, or equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of application development experience
Must have experience authoring Cincom Eloquence
Experience with HTML web design and application development troubleshooting
Server configuration experience
Experience with document image storage and retrieval systems
Proficiency with computer programming concepts and at least one programming language
Personal computer and business solutions software skills (Microsoft Word, Excel required)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with: MSMQ, PowerShell, C#, SQL blob image storage, SQL, XAML, XML, SOAP, REST, IIS, Apache Tomcat, API web calls, Base64 encoding, SSH, transport encryption, HTTP/HTTPS, SAMBA, Ansible
Basic computer and system networking knowledge
SQL expertise
Excellent multitasking ability

Ability to work with multiple teams and manage workflows across different tools
Work Environment: Remote (work from home) with continual communications via MS Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
