Android Developer

Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation's coding team as an Android Developer to help advance AI systems. You'll work on diverse programming tasks with flexibility to choose projects and schedules that align with your availability and goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems with emphasis on Android development
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
• Provide feedback that directly shapes the next generation of AI models

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Kotlin
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer

Work Arrangement

• Fully remote: work from anywhere in US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand
• Flexible schedule: choose which projects to take on and when to work
• Hourly pay: starting at $50+ USD per hour with opportunities for higher-paying projects with strong performance
