Android Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, with emphasis on Android development
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
• Provide feedback that shapes the next generation of AI models

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress)
• Available to work in: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer
• Experience with Kotlin

Work Environment

• Fully remote from supported countries
• Choose your own projects and schedule
• Paid hourly ($50+ USD per hour, with higher rates for strong performance)
