About the role

Role Overview

Join ENSO as an AI Engineer to design and build the agentic orchestration system at the heart of our ENSO Suite and ERP SaaS platform. You'll work on strategic products in a rapidly transforming digital sector, contributing to solutions used daily by thousands of agencies and users.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build the agentic orchestration system core to our ENSO Suite and first agents within our ERP SaaS
Implement reliable security, audit, traceability, and logging mechanisms to ensure system compliance and security
Collaborate with product and backend teams to transform human workflows into automatable missions and integrate agents into our products

Required Skills

5+ years backend development and/or ML engineering experience, OR 3+ years with strong production AI/ML specialization
Solid understanding of LLM application engineering: embeddings, RAG, prompt design, structured outputs, evaluation frameworks, and failure modes
Experience integrating model platforms (ideally AWS Bedrock) with production reliability patterns: timeouts, retries, fallbacks, rate limiting
Strong system design fundamentals, testing (unit and integration), CI/CD, observability, and clean architecture
Strong backend experience with distributed systems
Experience with event-driven architecture
Proficiency with APIs, integration systems, and data consistency challenges
Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with retrieval systems: indexing, ranking, relevance tuning, and ingestion pipelines
Familiarity with AI safety and compliance: moderation, PII detection, policy enforcement, auditability
Performance and cost optimization experience in distributed systems: caching, batching, concurrency
Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalents)
Multi-agent system architecture experience
Complex B2B SaaS experience

Soft Skills

Ability to drive ambiguous topics from design to production
Curious, builder mindset with solution-oriented and pragmatic approach
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong prioritization and simplification skills
